Hello Oak Grove Families!
My name is Dr. Cheri Palladino, and I serve as the Associate Principal of Educational Services. I hold an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, along with a master’s degree and bachelor’s degree in Education. I also serve as an adjunct professor and have more than 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, administrator, instructional leader, and professor.
In my role, I oversee academic programs, curriculum implementation, student assessment, master scheduling, and academic support systems. I collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and district partners to monitor student progress, coordinate state and college-readiness assessments, and ensure students have access to the courses and resources they need. I also support students in staying on track for graduation and preparing for college, career, and life after high school.
My goal is to help every student recognize their strengths, make informed decisions, and reach their academic and future goals. I look forward to partnering with the Eagle community as we continue building on Oak Grove’s proud traditions and creating new opportunities for our students.
