• November & December

  • Counselors meet with Sophomores to create a 4-year plan

• January

  • AP Informational Sessions during Tutorial

  • Incoming 9th grader presentation for parents

  • Counselor visits to Middle Schools to help incoming 9th graders learn about Oak Grove and select classes

  • Student/Counselor one-on-one meetings to select courses

• February

  • Continue one-on-one Student/Counselor meetings

• May

  • Students and registered parents receive an email with information on how to view next years course selection.
